Hello Foods! Sorry for taking so long to update, but my pc needed format. Metal Healing is history, we had a fantastic time and we wanted to thank all of you who came from all over Greece and not only!

We are very happy to announce that our upcoming single "My Living Hell" is finally out! It has been released on the 19th of July through Eat Metal Records of course! The cd contains the brand new s/t song and a cover from Wales pride of N.W.O.B.H.M. Trident, "Destiny" from the 7'' "Power of the Trident". Also the cd contains the brand new video of "My Living Hell", the "Inner Voice" video from our s/t debut cd plus a live performance of an unreleased song called "Youthful Fire", which will be included on our second album which will be called "Taste My Attack"!

Our webpage will soon change its looks due to updating reasons for the new single, so stay tuned! More photos, lyrics, and songs will be uploaded for anyone to purchase! Hold on tight! The new journey now begins...

» Live Kallithea!!

Cheers mates!! The annual fest in Kallithea will take place at Esplanada beach in Tzitzifies again, since it had such success last year! This year we have something special for you: it will be a 3-day fest (6th-7th-8th of July). The line-up is: on the 6th we have Perfume, Drugstar, Ragenheart, X-piral, Mitera Falaina Tifli (!), Tsopana Rave and Magic De Spell as headliners. On the 7th it goes even better: Convixion, Mortal Threat, Released Anger, Sacred Blood, Steamroller Assault, Valor and us as headliners! on the 8th we have school bands that are going to perform, new blood, about 13 I think. Prepare for the ultimate hard rock/heavy metal Assault!!!

Pou eiste tsimpitoi mou? Our new cd single is almost over!! The layout is the only thing that is left to do and we will announce a release date soon!! We have a very pleasant announcement to make: Strikelight will play in Metal Healing Festival that will take place in Stauroupoli, Xanthi in 20-21-22 July along with Marauder,Wotan and other acts in the talent stage (2nd stage)!! Also, there will be the annually live in Kallithea in early July and it will be a three-day fest!! More information will be announced soon enough!! Krasi...to Krasi mas!!

» After an epic weekend...

What a weekend this was!! Up the Hammers II gave us an experience we will never forget! Great show, great crowd, great bands which rocked hard and of course lots of alcohol!! We want to thank the bands and everyone who participated in this event and we hope to see you all next year!! Back to the reality was a huge effort to make but we managed!

» Happy Easter and more news!

Hello Fagia mou!! First of all, we would like to wish to all Orthodox and Catholic all over the world a Happy Easter and we hope that Jesus will ressurrect in our hearts again! There are some details left in the mixing process, but nevertheless, the result is superb! All that remains is to finish the layout and the cover artwork!! Chris "Tyrant" Katsaros will be the one who will draw the cover again! So, stay tuned cause we will have more news on our upcoming video of "My Living Hell"!! Ela tsimpitoi mou!! Well, recording sessions are done!! The result was as good as we expected it!! Now we have the mixing process and it's up to Nick to do his magic!! Many thanks to the brothers who helped us with the equipment (Nick Dienis and George Dimitrakopoulos)!! The release date will be announced soon!! Until then...solo...kolo!!!!

Geia thououououou!!!!!We would like to thank you all for coming to the gig on Saturday!! Your presense gave us the push we needed, because some problems occured during the week before the gig. Also a big thanks to the other bands who played fantastic and showed their heavy metal faith!! This gig was dedicated to my father (R.I.P.)...

Hello again!! Well things have been going well so far. Anestis will enter the studio this Sunday to record the drum section. We are looking forward for it!!

Last, Strikelight will perform live on March 3rd in Underworld club along with X-Piral, Sacred Blood and Betrayed. The gig starts at 18:30 and the ticket costs 10 euros. We would be very happy to see you for another heavy metal holocaust!! More updates coming soon... Ouzo...to aima!!

» We are back for good!!

Hello brothers and sisters everywhere!! Well, we have good news and bad news: The good news is that Anestis is back!! God gave him the power to overcome his personal problems quickly and he's with us once again!! We re ready to record our 7''/cd single called "My Living Hell" which will include the self-titled new Strikelight song plus a cover of the mighty British underground band Trident,called "Destiny". The cd version will include some surprises which will be announced soon enough!! The bad news are kind of personal: My father passed away a month ago from a heart attack...his spirit carries on wherever it is...I would like you all to pray for his soul,wherever you believe...It would be good for me also..

Brothers and sisters everywhere!! Last night's show was something we'll never forget!! It was amazing!! We had the time of our lives, we enjoyed seeing living legends Vice Human performing and of course we bowed before Ross the Boss' majestic performance!!! We have confirmed the first two live gigs for this winter. on 21st October, we will play at Underworld club in Athens supporting the legendary epic metallers Exoristoi along with the thrashers Mortal Threat and Released Anger. The second gig is an honour for us: on the 27th October we will support the one and only Ross The Boss in his performance in Athens along with the oldest band in Greece, Vice Human at An club. We wish him the very best for his drumming career. An old brother from the past showed up to the rescue: Anestis Apistolas, who has played in many bands such as Crystal Winds and Conviction. » Up the Hammers review!!

Hello again!! Well Up the Hammers is over, but what a festival it was!! One of the best festivals we've participated and one of the best fests in Greece!! Luckily, Manolis announced that there would be Up the Hammers II next year!! The bands played fantastic, the crowd confirmed the rumour that is the best in the world and generally, heavy metal from the heart!! Most of our friends said that it was probably the best gig that we played!! We want to thank everyone for the support, Manolis for inviting us and all the bands who rocked hard!! » Live In Megara!!

Unfortunately, our live gig in Patra on Saturday 29th of April was cancelled due to problems that occured in the process. But...it has moved to another location! Strikelight will return to Megara and Crescendo club, where we had another great live on January the 6th along with Outcry, Crucufier and Crimson Fire. Now the line up consists of Shadowveil, Released Anger and Sacred Blood. The gig starts at 22:30, tickets cost 6 euros (alcohol included). Prepare for another heavy metal attack!!!

Hello again!! For starters, I want to wish to every Christian Orthodox a happy Easter!! Well, we're back from Thessaloniki and what a live it was!! Rock Bottom club was packed, the fans were hot as hell,the other support acts were rockin' hard and Riot were awesome!! They really teared the place down!! Strikelight have a new drummer!! Unfortunately due to difficulties, Bill Xirokostas is no longer in the band. We wish him the very best for the future and he will always be a part of the Strikelight family. Manos "The Thrasher" Kechagias is the new blood and we are very happy to have him with us!! He also is the drummer of a new, promising young band, Outcry. Manos will make his debut in our upcoming live in Thessaloniki.
